I have to rate this place 2 stars and I usually don't like to do this. I have gone to other massage places and I get what I pay for. Here, I paid for 60 minutes, it cost $83.00 because of tip which is $20, I was okay with that if it had been the full hour and the massage was relieving, but instead, in the middle of the massage, someone comes in to tell me they have to cut the time from 60 mins (which I had already paid) down to 45 mins and they gave me $10 back). I was half asleep so I didn't think too much about it, but looking back, I had not had that happen to me and I read someone else in the reviews mentioned it too...if they had an appointment coming in they should have told me they only had time for 30 mins or 45 mins, instead that was not cool and I won't be coming back. Massage was good, but the interruption was not what I expected.

I came here for the first time four months ago and I was very impressed with the quality of the massage. I think several more times as well. I always leave here feeling good! I would say service is consistent. I always feel relaxed here. It's always clean and quiet. The 30 or 45 min body massage is great! The oil used made my whole body so relaxed. The towels and sheets smelled fresh. A heated towel helped my muscles relax. Also, Miss Helen who is the 0wner was really helpful in relieving my different stress points in my neck and back, and very professional. A suggestion to customers who want a very specific point for their service is to use Google translate and avoid the language barrier. This way Helen can make sure you are a satisfied customer every time you visit. I will definitely keep coming back. Thank you! I recommend this place!

I called for 1 hr massage.. She said was fine. When I got there she said she was to busy and only one there so it had to be 30 mins so I agreed. She left the room 2 times. She never bothered to cover me up. She never did my neck or my arms. I asked for deep tissue and when I asked for harder she repeated me then just went back to just lightly rubbing me ..So what a racket. 40.00 for a half hr. If she would of did full hr it would only be 20.00 more. But doing 40.00 a whack can add up..Hurry up get me out and get another fast 40.00. Will never go back and of course No tip and I usually tip 20.00.

Not a relaxing environment. One of the employees children was laying around the client chairs with his phone up loud watching a violent show. The two women working were talking loudly across both clients while providing services. Will never go back, waste of money. AND she entered a $10 tip when I specifically said lower - her response is it us customary. Will be taking this up with my bank.

First time using this place for a massage. The lady who greeted me was the one who set me up for the massage. she was doing both reception work and doing my massage at the same time which was quite annoying. The massage was very rough it hurt more than I was able to enjoy. I set my timer for an hour because I paid for a 1-hour massage and it was over in 50 minutes. There was also children there that were playing it seems like they were the receptionist children they were playing video games and you can hear the video game as well as they were running up and down. I will definitely not be coming back here ever again.
